Several years ago Agathe and Anthony stored mushroom blocks to help Agathe’ s sister on their four acre farm. It turned out that the mushrooms loved the unfarmed soil. Serendipity. Mattituck Mushrooms was born and has thrived, expanded, and succeeded ever since.
